Directions to Princeton- Colonial Equestrian Center

1. ( Prettiest- most direct route)
Take 75 N to Bethany Road-exit there and go East (right)
Stay on Bethany which will turn into Lucas Road. You will pass a stop sign at FM 3286. The road will curve to the right – in that curve, at the Lucas Food Store (Citgo gas), turn to the left on FM 3286.
Follow 3286, cross Lake Lavon twice.
Just after you cross the lake the second time, you will see the Branch Grocery store and FM 546 on the left.
Turn left on FM 546.
Go 2-3 miles, watch for CR 392 on your right.
Turn to the right on CR 392- go about a mile.
Turn left on CR 447.
The house is on the right side of the road- #2213. It’s a 2- story house with pillars in the front. There is a white vinyl fence and a sign with a horse jumping over a fence.
2. Probably the quickest route- (may save you 5 mins.)
Take 75 N to the Hwy.5 / 121 Exit. Go to the right on 121.
Turn right at Eldorado/ Industrial.
In front of the McKinney Airport, turn right on FM 546.
Follow 546 as it winds around for about 5 miles.
Watch for County Road 392 on your left- the numbers are not always in order.
Turn left on CR 392.
Go about a mile then turn left on CR 447.
The house is on the right side of the road- #2213. It’s a 2- story house with pillars in the front.
3. Easiest route.
Take 75 N to the 380 Exit- go East.
Stay on 380 for about 10 miles until you get to Princeton.
Right after the McDonalds, turn right on FM 982.
Go about a mile, turn right on CR 400. (It’s easy to miss & is only on the right side of the road).
CR 400 curves to the left and becomes CR 447.
Go about 2 miles. The house will be on your left- #2213.
